By using this website (www.aeacus-solutions.co.uk) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be or have permission of the persons authorising payment to purchase from Aeacus Solutions. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the requirement.

· All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

· Orders. May be delayed due to stock or manufacturing times.

· Payment must be received at the time of ordering.

· We accept PayPal and Square Payment Platform.

· We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., pricing error, non-availability of product, fraudulent payment).

· Custom orders can not be cancelled once order placed as are made to the requesters specification.

· Designs of custom orders remain the property of Aeacus Solutions unless purchased seperately.

· We strive to ensure that prices, product descriptions, stock status are accurate.

· If an error is found (wrong price listed, out-of-stock), we will contact you to correct or cancel the order.

· Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping, taxes, duties and other charges.

· All equipment manufactured by Aeacus Solutions is subject to continuous progression of design proofed by changing feedback from the ground, changing threats and requirements. As living designs the design may change from the picture advertised.

· You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.

· You agree not to misuse the website (for example by hacking, entering false data, or interfering with the service).

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity under your account.

· Products are supplied – as described in the listing.

· Aeacus Solutions makes no additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

· Where applicable, external product manufacturers’ warranties apply.

· You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective or incorrect.

· All equipment manufactured by Aeacus Solutions is subject to continuous progression of design proofed by changing feedback from the ground, changing threats and requirements. As living designs the design may change from the picture advertised.

· All custom designs remain the property of Aeacus Solutions for reproduction at any time, unless the design files are purchased seperately. 

 · Any and all copying of Aeacus Solutions custom or standard designs shall be met with a cease and desist order and reperations sort through England an Wales legal System.

· Aeacus Solutions is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or products.

· Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

· These Terms will be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

· Any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

· All custom designs remain the property of Aeacus Solutions for reproduction at any time, unless the design files are purchased seperately. 

 · Any and all copying of Aeacus Solutions custom or standard designs shall be met with a cease and desist order and reperations sort through England an Wales legal System.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

· We ship from our workshop at Unit 1, Thetford Road Business Park, Thetford Road, Watton. IP256BS 

· We currently ship to the UK.

· Shipping outside of the UK is offered by special request.

· Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 12 pm GMT] are typically dispatched within 48hrs.

· UK tracked shipping: 1-2 business days.

· These times are estimates and not guaranteed.

· Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

· For international shipments you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.

· Aeacus Solutions is not liable for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

· Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

· Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering — we are not liable for items sent to incorrect addresses.

· If your order is delayed or lost, contact us with your order number and tracking info.

· If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you may do so within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery, provided it is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

· The cost of return shipping may be borne by you unless otherwise stated.

· Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions.

· Custom orders are not returnable due to the nature of the item.

· Ensure you return items by tracked and signed for service as proof of posting is not proof of receipt. 

· Aeacus Solutions will not take responsibility for any returned item until received and signed for by one of our staff.

· If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you must contact us within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery.

· We may ask for photographs or require you to return the item for inspection.

· If a fault is confirmed, we will refund the cost of the item and any standard shipping incurred, or provide a replacement.

· Items that have been opened, used, modified, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

· Any products marked “clearance” may be final sale (non-returnable) unless faulty.

· Custom orders are not returnable due to the nature of the item.

· Contact us at info@aeacus-solutions.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

· We will issue a Return Authorisation (“RA”) number and instructions for the return shipping.

· Pack the item securely, include the RA number and original order number inside the parcel. Ensure you return items by tracked and signed for service as proof of posting is not proof of receipt. 

· Aeacus Solutions will not take responsibility for any returned item until received and signed for by one of our staff.

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of acceptance/rejection.

· If accepted, refund will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 14 days].

· Shipping charges (if paid by you) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
